About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Learning at Duolingo, you'll own the strategy and execution behind learning experiences that reach a global audience. Based on-site in New York City, this role sits at the intersection of pedagogy, data, and product craft — translating ambitious educational goals into features that genuinely help users grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision for learning experiences across Duolingo's expanding catalog, which now spans language, Math, and Music.
- Partner with engineering, design, research, and learning science teams to ship features that improve how effectively people learn.
- Use experimentation and data to make evidence-based decisions and continuously refine the learning journey.
- Identify hard problems in education and develop creative, user-centered solutions to address them.
- Prioritize a roadmap that balances long-term educational impact with measurable product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product manager, ideally at a senior level, leading consumer or learning-focused products.
- A track record of making fact-based decisions grounded in user research and quantitative analysis.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared goal.
- Genuine passion for education and a desire to help people learn through thoughtful product design.
- Comfort working on-site full-time in New York City, New York.
