RAM Partners is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Evolve at Homestead community in Batesville, Greenville County, with compensation of $23 per hour. If you take pride in keeping apartment homes running smoothly and enjoy hands-on problem solving, this on-site role is for you.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with RAM Partners in Batesville, Greenville County, you will be the dependable presence residents count on to keep their living spaces safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on the day-to-day upkeep of a multi-family apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across apartment units and shared community spaces.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs across common trades such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC as needed.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring each home meets quality and safety standards.
- Help maintain the overall appearance, functionality, and condition of the property.
Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within residential or multi-family housing.
- Working knowledge of general repair areas including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
- A service-minded attitude and genuine commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently on-site.
- Willingness to work full-time at the community in Batesville, Greenville County.
