Maintenance Supervisor

Join RAM Partners as a Maintenance Supervisor in Vista Grove, DeKalb County. We're hiring an experienced operations leader to oversee maintenance activities across our residential portfolio and help keep our communities running smoothly.

About This Position

RAM Partners operates one of the largest apartment portfolios in the nation, managing over 80,000 units across the United States. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive maintenance efforts and direct maintenance teams at our Vista Grove community. The role combines strategic oversight with direct problem-solving in a fast-paced residential environment. We're a mission-driven organization where frontline staff and operational excellence are central to everything we do. Compensation for this role is $37 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of your first 90 days.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, preventive repairs, and emergency response efforts
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Manage work orders, track completion, and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building code regulations
• Collaborate with property management and vendors on project scope and costs
• Document work activities, maintain equipment logs, and report on operational metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising maintenance staff in multi-unit residential or similar operations
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively in urgent situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
