About This Position

In this principal-level role, you'll drive transformational change for life sciences enterprises, working directly with C-suite leaders and boards to redesign supply chain networks, manufacturing operations, and enterprise capabilities. You'll combine strategic consulting expertise with deep industry knowledge, leading engagements that fundamentally improve how organizations operate, reduce risk, enhance sustainability, and deliver value to patients and stakeholders alike.

Core Duties

• Lead large-scale transformation consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, overseeing strategy, delivery, and client relationships
• Work with executive leadership to design supply chain modernization, manufacturing excellence, and operational improvement programs
• Develop strategic transformation roadmaps addressing supply chain resilience, cost optimization, quality, and competitive advantage
• Direct cross-functional consulting teams and build organizational capabilities across strategy, operations, and technology
• Drive operational improvements including cost reduction, efficiency gains, and sustainable value creation across the client enterprise
• Shape industry perspective by translating client insights into broader transformation methodologies and thought leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences, pharmaceutical operations, or supply chain transformation
• Proven expertise designing and delivering large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise operational transformation programs
• Track record of building and leading high-performing consulting or operational teams
• Deep familiarity with life sciences and pharmaceutical industry operations, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills with C-suite and board-level executives
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related discipline
