Learning & Development Specialist

Four Seasons is seeking a full-time Learning & Development Specialist to join its people-first team at its iconic Miami, Miami-Dade County property — one of the most celebrated luxury hospitality destinations in South Florida.

About the Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist at Four Seasons Miami, you will be at the center of building a workforce that delivers genuinely exceptional guest experiences. You will design, facilitate, and continuously improve training programs that reflect the brand's commitment to service excellence — helping colleagues at every level grow, perform, and thrive.

What You'll Do

• Conduct organizational training needs assessments and translate findings into targeted learning solutions
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding experiences that immerse new team members in Four Seasons service standards and culture
• Facilitate instructor-led, blended, and e-learning programs across departments
• Partner with department leaders to identify skills gaps and build role-specific development plans
• Manage and maintain the property's learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is current and accessible
• Track training completion, evaluate program effectiveness, and report on key learning metrics
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning processes
• Coordinate compliance and regulatory training to meet brand and local requirements
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the property

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a learning and development, training, or organizational development role — hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation best practices
• Hands-on proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• A collaborative, people-centered approach and a genuine passion for developing others
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given Miami's multicultural workforce
