About the Role
As the Power Plant Construction Site Manager – Mechanical Trades, you will direct field operations for the mechanical and process disciplines that drive the construction of major thermal power plants. This is a full-time, on-site position based in William Penn Annex East, Philadelphia County.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities for mechanical and process trade crews supporting power plant construction.
- Champion a strong safety culture and enforce compliance across all field operations.
- Coordinate the installation of large-scale mechanical and process systems to meet quality standards.
- Partner with the Construction Project Director to align field execution with project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor workmanship, resolve on-site issues, and keep installation efforts efficient and on track.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing construction sites within the mechanical and process trades.
- Background in thermal power generation or comparable large-scale industrial construction.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices on active job sites.
- Proven ability to lead trade crews and collaborate with senior project leadership.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced field environment.
