Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and support the property maintenance team.
- Carry out repairs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain the pool and address masonry, carpentry, and painting needs.
- Service appliances and care for building exteriors and grounds.
- Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call coverage to keep residents safe and comfortable.
- Help ensure the general condition and curb appeal of this newly opened community stays excellent.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with general property maintenance and repairs.
- Working knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, exteriors, and appliances.
