Field Technician

Recovery Monitoring Solutions seeks a Field Technician to join our operations team in Marks, Quitman County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver essential monitoring and support services directly to participants and court systems across your assigned service area.

Position Summary

As a Field Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting our monitoring installations across the region. You will serve as the primary point of contact between Recovery Monitoring Solutions and the courts, agencies, and participants we serve. Your work directly enables judicial compliance monitoring and helps support successful recovery outcomes in your community. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical skill and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and maintain monitoring equipment at participant locations throughout your assigned geographic area
• Respond promptly to service requests and technical issues from courts, agencies, and program participants
• Act as the primary liaison between field locations and Recovery Monitoring Solutions headquarters
• Coordinate directly with court systems and justice agencies to ensure compliance and equipment functionality
• Provide training and local support to court personnel and community agencies on equipment use and program procedures
• Document all field activities, maintenance records, and service interactions accurately and timely
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate technical status to supervisory staff

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel within Quitman County and surrounding areas
• Ability to manage multiple field locations and priorities independently
• Strong communication skills for interacting with court staff, agencies, and program participants
• Technical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting monitoring equipment
• Willingness to provide thorough, customer-focused service in a professional manner
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow documented procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or field service experience a plus
