About the Role

As the Family Support Network Liaison for the Infants and Toddlers Program, you will deliver guidance, information, and day-to-day support to enrolled families. Working from Leonardtown in St. Mary's County, you'll help families navigate early-intervention services while partnering closely with colleagues and community resources to ensure children get the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Share information and provide meaningful support to children and families enrolled in the Infants and Toddlers Program.
• Build professional, collaborative relationships with co-workers, students, and members of the community.
• Handle sensitive family and program information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
• Apply technology effectively to complete documentation, communication, and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain dependable attendance and report for scheduled shifts on time.
