About the Role

As Program Administration Business Development Lead, you'll drive growth and success of our Energy Program Administration practice. This is a leadership position that blends business development with program operations, requiring you to identify market opportunities, establish client relationships, develop service strategies, and build the operational and delivery capabilities needed to serve utilities and government agencies in their energy transition efforts.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities and government entities focused on decarbonization and energy efficiency
• Develop and execute business strategy for the Energy Program Administration practice
• Build and manage client relationships, understanding their priorities and delivering solutions that drive measurable impact
• Lead program operations and service delivery to ensure client success and organizational growth
• Establish and strengthen delivery capabilities, teams, and processes to support practice expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to position Cadmus's offerings in the energy program administration market
