What This Role Involves

In this full-time position, you'll oversee facility operations and guide a dedicated team through the day-to-day execution of food safety solutions. Your focus will span financial management, operational strategy, and cultivating a workplace where safety and team wellbeing are not afterthoughts—they're foundational. You'll translate business objectives into actionable plans, monitor performance against goals, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility budgets and P&L performance to achieve financial targets and operational efficiency
• Direct facility operations aligned with food safety protocols, industry standards, and company policy
• Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor and develop talent to support career growth
• Develop and execute operational improvement strategies and long-term facility plans
• Prioritize worker safety culture and create an environment where team members feel valued and protected
• Track key performance indicators and implement data-driven operational adjustments

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise managing budgets, profit-and-loss statements, and financial forecasting
• Experience in operational planning and complex or facility-level management roles
• Genuine commitment to workplace safety and cultivating healthy team cultures
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience building and motivating teams
• Familiarity with food processing or food safety environments and compliance requirements
