- Meet quality standards and agreed-upon delivery schedules
- Follow all guidelines and protocols established by Murphy Tractor & Equipment
- Work toward Technician Resource Advancement Certification (TRAC) program milestones
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment or vehicle repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical documentation and safety procedures
- Commitment to meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
- Willingness to pursue ongoing technical certification and training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
