What This Role Involves

As a Mixer Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of concrete mixer trucks. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver reliable concrete products that our customers depend on for their construction and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate and maintain concrete mixer truck equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Load raw materials and mix concrete batches to precise customer-specified formulations
• Transport concrete loads to job sites and pour locations while maintaining quality integrity
• Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and document any maintenance needs
• Coordinate with dispatch and job site personnel to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Keep accurate records of loads, delivery locations, and concrete specifications
• Clean and maintain mixer equipment after each shift
• Follow all Department of Transportation regulations and company safety protocols

What You Bring

• Active CDL Class A or B license in good standing
• Experience operating concrete mixer trucks or similar heavy equipment
• Solid understanding of concrete mixing procedures and specifications
