About the Role

As a Sanitation Technician with Ecowize, you'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for keeping our food production facilities compliant with stringent regulatory requirements. Every day, you'll work on the front lines of food safety, using specialized equipment and approved cleaning chemicals to ensure our facilities meet or exceed USDA and FDA standards. What You'll Do

• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and apply industry-approved chemicals to sanitize production machinery and facility surfaces
• Remove and dispose of production debris and byproducts according to safety protocols
• Conduct thorough sanitation cycles to prepare facilities for operational periods and meet customer specifications
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain USDA and FDA compliance
• Collaborate with team members and production staff to coordinate timing and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Document sanitation activities and report on facility conditions
• Maintain personal safety practices and proper use of protective equipment at all times
