Be ready to discuss oncology case reasoning, toxicity management, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and how you work within a large integrated system. Expect questions on communication with patients and referring clinicians, and on practicing in a multi-hospital network like Novant Health.
Strong fit for board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologists who want clinic- and hospital-based practice inside a large Southeast system rather than a pure academic or remote role. Greensboro-based candidates who value integrated referral pathways will align best.
