What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate customer energy efficiency requirements and develop tailored contract solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across energy and facility management
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and contract documentation for energy performance agreements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer projects align with Honeywell's software and technology capabilities
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets within your territory
  • Represent Honeywell's energy solutions at industry events and through strategic outreach
  • Support customer success through contract execution and ongoing relationship management

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership and success in selling energy efficiency or performance-based contracts
  • Deep understanding of energy performance contracting models and customer decision-making processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to connect solutions to customer outcomes
  • Experience building and managing strategic accounts in the energy or facilities sector
