About the Role

As a Sr Territory Manager, you'll own the responsibility for expanding Honeywell's market presence and revenue generation within your geographic territory. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic business planning with hands-on client engagement and team leadership. You'll drive new customer acquisition, deepen relationships with existing accounts, and position Honeywell as the preferred partner for modern security and access control solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, government, and enterprise segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and channel partners
• Present and demonstrate advanced access control and video surveillance technologies to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure and implementation
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity within your territory
