Behavior Technician, willing to train

We're seeking compassionate, detail-oriented behavior technicians ready to grow their skills while delivering essential treatment services to the families we serve.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician with Proud Moments ABA, you'll be a core member of our clinical treatment team, providing one-on-one behavioral intervention and support to children on the autism spectrum, from infancy through age 21. Working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and help create meaningful therapeutic progress in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a part-time position based in Jefferson, Passaic County.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA treatment sessions following supervisor-approved treatment protocols
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately to track client progress and treatment outcomes
• Implement behavior intervention strategies in a consistent, professional manner
• Communicate regularly with supervising behavior analysts and other clinical staff
• Build positive rapport with clients and families while maintaining professional boundaries
• Assist in creating a safe, supportive therapeutic environment for each child

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to train and learn ABA principles and techniques (no prior experience required)
• Genuine interest in supporting children with autism and developmental differences
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional communication skills
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively within a treatment team
• Patient, compassionate approach to working with children and families
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
