As a Campus Retail Associate, you'll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while managing daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Your work directly impacts how students access course materials and engage with our store community.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in locating textbooks, course materials, supplies, and merchandise with professionalism and expertise
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently while maintaining security protocols
• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves, displays, and throughout the store to maintain an inviting shopping environment
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders with attention to detail
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with courtesy and problem-solving skills
• Support inventory management and contribute to loss prevention efforts
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and operational standards
• Maintain a clean, organized store throughout your shift

• Comfort with point-of-sale technology and willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 25 pounds

• Flexibility to accommodate store scheduling needs during peak periods
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
