About the Role

As a Student CMO, you'll shape how our campus store connects with the student community. This is a hands-on marketing position where creative ideas directly impact campus life. You'll work alongside our store team to build brand presence, amplify our message across student channels, and create experiences that resonate with your peers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that appeal to students, faculty, and campus visitors
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and campus communications channels
• Coordinate promotional events, in-store activations, and campus partnerships that drive traffic and engagement
• Collaborate with student organizations, residence life, and academic departments to expand reach
• Gather feedback from the campus community and translate insights into marketing strategies
• Support communications that highlight our role in student success and campus community
• Track campaign performance and report on marketing initiatives

• Willingness to learn retail and higher-education marketing fundamentals
• Enrolled student at University of Delaware or ability to work on campus for the academic year
