About the Role
As a Crew Member with Trash Fairies, you'll play an essential part in maintaining clean, well-managed apartment communities across our service area. You'll perform waste and recycling collection operations during scheduled evening hours—8 PM to 10 PM, Sunday through Thursday—offering a reliable income opportunity for team members committed to service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Retrieve trash and recycling containers from individual apartment units throughout assigned residential communities
- Transport collected waste and recycling materials to centralized disposal points on each property
- Execute efficient, systematic collection routes across managed apartment complexes
- Ensure property grounds remain clean and organized during all collection operations
- Maintain professional standards and safety practices throughout your shift
What We're Looking For
- Established residence in or around the Charlotte area
- Reliable ownership of and access to an operational pickup truck
- Consistent availability for evening shifts, Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 10 PM
- Physical capability to safely lift, handle, and transport waste containers and materials
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
