As a To-Go Specialist at Miller's Ale House, you're the crucial link between our kitchen team and guests seeking convenient, quality dining. In this role, you'll ensure every to-go order is prepared with care, organized efficiently, and handed to customers with the same warmth and attention they'd receive dining in. You'll take pride in turning a simple pickup into a memorable experience through genuine service and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, input, and communicate to-go orders to the kitchen team
• Monitor order preparation and stage completed orders for prompt handoff
• Verify order accuracy, portion sizes, and presentation before release to customers
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about orders, and handle special requests
• Process payments and manage order tickets efficiently during peak and slow periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pickup area
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, server, and bartending staff to support smooth operations
• Uphold food safety standards and company policies consistently
