About the Role

As a Leader in Training and Floor Leader at Stirling Bossier Shopping Center, you'll work directly with store management to master the fundamentals of retail operations and guest service. This full-time position combines hands-on training with real responsibility, allowing you to grow your skills while making an immediate impact on how customers experience our store.

What You'll Do

• Operate point-of-sale registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Create appealing merchandise displays and maintain organized product presentation throughout the store
• Pull, organize, and manage inventory according to store procedures
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to guests shopping at Stirling Bossier Shopping Center
• Follow cash handling and register protocols to ensure accuracy and security
• Complete operational tasks and support store management with daily floor activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment
