Technology Recruiter – Advanced AI

Accenture is hiring a Technology Recruiter specializing in Advanced AI for our Waldon, Contra Costa County office. This is a full-time position where you'll drive end-to-end recruitment for some of today's most sought-after talent pools: Agentic AI specialists, LLM engineers, AI platform architects, and AI product leaders.

About the Role

As our Advanced AI Technology Recruiter, you'll be the strategic talent partner bridging Accenture's demand for AI expertise with the market's most competitive candidate pool. You'll own the complete hiring funnel—from identifying talent gaps and sourcing exceptional candidates to closing offers in an environment where top-tier AI engineers and researchers are claimed quickly. Your deep technical acumen will set you apart, allowing you to assess candidate capabilities at a level that goes beyond surface credentials and into genuine technical fit.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for Agentic AI, LLM development, AI platform engineering, and AI product management roles
• Manage full-lifecycle hiring from job requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding support
• Develop and maintain market intelligence on emerging AI talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to clearly define talent needs and build winning candidate profiles
• Negotiate offers and close top talent in a competitive, fast-moving market
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry networks

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting experience with technical roles, ideally in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related fields
• Strong working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and the current AI talent landscape
• Proven ability to assess technical competency and evaluate engineering talent authentically
• Track record of successful hiring in high-competition, specialized talent markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed approach to sourcing, research, and candidate pipeline development
• Adaptability and strong execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
