Sales Territory Manager

AAA Cooper Transportation is hiring a full-time Sales Territory Manager to lead revenue growth and business development across our transportation services in Bridgeport, Nebraska. This is an opportunity for a strategic, relationship-focused professional to make a direct impact on our company's continued expansion.

About the Role

In this position, you'll own responsibility for managing and growing revenue within your assigned territory. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on client relationship management. You'll identify new market opportunities, leverage our full suite of transportation services, and drive consistent business growth through consultative selling and customer success.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory, building a pipeline of qualified leads
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our transportation service offerings
• Conduct needs assessments with prospects and customers, presenting tailored transportation solutions
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed territory targets
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity within your territory to stay ahead of opportunities
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline, wins, and market activity

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in transportation, logistics, or related industries
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivation, resilience, and drive to hit and exceed targets
• Knowledge of transportation services and logistics a plus; willingness to learn our operations and service model
• Ability to manage your territory independently while collaborating with internal teams
