As a Solutions Center Specialist, you will play a frontline role in delivering timely, accurate assistance through a self-service portal and direct engagement — helping clinical professionals stay focused on patient care rather than administrative friction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries from Physicians and APPs regarding administrative, operational, and system-related concerns
- Guide providers through the self-service portal to locate resources and complete requests independently
- Triage incoming cases, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately to support knowledge-base development and quality improvement
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure and provider satisfaction
- Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between clinical staff and administrative or operational departments across the health system
- Identify recurring pain points and surface trends to leadership to inform process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a healthcare, medical administration, or provider support environment
- Familiarity with physician and APP workflows, credentialing concepts, or health system operations is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Comfortable navigating digital portals, ticketing systems, and internal databases
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and follow-through skills
