As Field Operations Specialist, you'll coordinate daily field activities that keep our properties running smoothly. You'll manage vendor schedules, oversee maintenance quality, and respond to operational challenges—all while representing Progress Residential's commitment to excellent resident experiences. This position requires reliability, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and supervise maintenance vendors and contractors across assigned properties
• Conduct property inspections and document conditions, safety issues, and maintenance needs
• Coordinate work orders and track completion status to ensure timely resolution
• Respond to urgent operational issues, including after-hours emergency calls when required
• Communicate with residents regarding maintenance activities, access, and timeline expectations
• Maintain detailed records and reports on property conditions, vendor performance, and work history
• Ensure compliance with company standards, lease requirements, and local regulations
• Collaborate with the property management office to resolve concerns and optimize operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or operations is valued
• 2+ years of experience in field operations, maintenance coordination, property management, or related field roles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication abilities with residents, vendors, and team members
• Reliability and professionalism in representing the company
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for regular property visits
• Comfort using property management software and mobile applications
• Willingness to be on-call for urgent operational needs
