Warehouse Material Handler 2nd Shift

BreakthroughFuel is hiring a full-time Warehouse Material Handler (2nd Shift) in Jacksonville, Duval County, to support operations at U.S. AutoForce — a nationally recognized leader in automotive parts and tire distribution serving independent retailers, repair shops, and dealerships across the country.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Material Handler on the 2nd shift, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping the distribution operation running smoothly. This position follows a Sunday through Thursday schedule, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and stage inbound shipments of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants
• Pick and pack outgoing orders accurately to meet customer fulfillment standards
• Move product throughout the warehouse using manual and powered material handling equipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure inventory is properly labeled and located
• Conduct routine cycle counts and report discrepancies to warehouse leadership
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including PPE requirements and ergonomic best practices
• Keep your work area clean, orderly, and compliant with facility standards

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a fixed Sunday–Thursday 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8.5-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory handling
• Reliability and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
