Healthcare Workforce Advisory Senior Manager

Accenture is hiring a full-time Healthcare Workforce Advisory Senior Manager to join its Talent Reinvention practice in Atlanta, Fulton County — driving transformative workforce strategy for some of the nation's most complex healthcare organizations.

About the Role

This senior leadership position sits within Accenture's practice dedicated to reshaping how healthcare organizations think about their people, structures, and operating models. You'll guide clients through the challenges and opportunities that AI and rapid industry change are creating for the healthcare workforce — spanning rural health systems, Medicaid programs, public health agencies, providers, and payers. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic advisor who brings both sector depth and the ability to deliver at scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements focused on healthcare workforce advisory, covering the full spectrum from rural health and Medicaid to provider and payer organizations
• Design and implement workforce transformation strategies including operating model redesign, talent architecture, and leadership capability building
• Apply workforce intelligence and data-driven insights to help clients anticipate and respond to evolving labor market conditions in healthcare
• Develop change management solutions that move organizations through complex workforce transitions with speed and sustainability
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable workforce programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accenture teams to bring integrated solutions that address public health and healthcare delivery challenges
• Contribute to business development efforts, including shaping proposals and building lasting client relationships in the healthcare sector

What We're Looking For

• Significant consulting or advisory experience with a strong focus on healthcare workforce, talent strategy, or organizational transformation
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare landscape, including familiarity with Medicaid, public health systems, rural health delivery, and/or provider or payer operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements at the senior manager or equivalent level
• Experience applying workforce intelligence methodologies and change management frameworks in healthcare contexts
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and government agency leaders
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where AI is reshaping workforce priorities and organizational models
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in health administration, public policy, organizational development, or a related field preferred
