UCT is hiring a full-time Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team at its Gregg, Travis County location in the Austin, TX area — supporting one of the most dynamic companies in the global semiconductor equipment industry.

As a Recruiter at UCT, you will own the full hiring cycle for a broad range of positions across a high-growth, technology-driven organization. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and operational roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build accurate, compelling job profiles
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect structured feedback, and guide panels to timely decisions
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
• Contribute to employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries
• Proficiency with an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach to candidate tracking, compliance, and process documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse hiring process
