Manager, IT Service Orchestration

Deloitte Technology is recruiting a Manager, IT Service Orchestration to lead service delivery coordination at our Illinois Medical District office in Chicago. In this full-time role, you'll oversee end-to-end orchestration of IT support services, ensuring enterprise stakeholders receive responsive, coordinated solutions that drive operational excellence.

About the Role

As Manager, IT Service Orchestration, you'll direct the coordination and delivery of IT services across Deloitte's enterprise support operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, positioning you to influence how cross-functional teams collaborate and serve internal and external clients. You'll own service quality metrics, manage escalation workflows, and ensure consistent communication throughout the service lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate IT service delivery across multiple support teams and business units, ensuring seamless coordination
• Lead incident response and resolution workflows, prioritizing critical issues and stakeholder transparency
• Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships between operations, technology, and business leaders
• Monitor and optimize service delivery metrics, reporting progress to senior stakeholders
• Establish and communicate service standards, escalation procedures, and support protocols
• Guide team members through complex service scenarios, modeling best practices in problem-solving and communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing IT operations, service delivery, or cross-functional support teams
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT service management frameworks and orchestration principles
• Strong communication skills—especially in translating technical issues for business stakeholders
• Ability to lead through influence, building consensus across teams with different priorities
• Experience with incident management, change control, and service continuity planning
• Demonstrated track record driving operational efficiency and improving service quality metrics
