About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sr. Mechanic Specialist to join our maintenance team on the 2nd shift. You'll work alongside a skilled team dedicated to excellence in everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex pharmaceutical packaging machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections and document equipment status according to compliance standards
- Mentor and support junior mechanics on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily operational targets
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as a mechanic specialist or similar role in manufacturing or packaging environments
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, food processing, or similarly regulated manufacturing industries
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours and thrive in a team environment
