About the Role
As the Cell Lab Supervisor, you will oversee 1st shift activities running Tuesday through Saturday at our GMP-compliant facility in Middleton, WI. This position blends hands-on technical leadership with team coordination, ensuring laboratory workflows meet rigorous compliance and operational standards. The role is based entirely onsite — applicants from anywhere in the United States are welcome, though please note relocation support is not offered for this opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the Cell Lab across the Tuesday–Saturday, 1st shift schedule.
- Supervise laboratory staff, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Maintain adherence to GMP requirements and applicable quality and regulatory standards.
- Monitor laboratory processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of work.
- Support a safe, compliant, and efficient onsite working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a laboratory setting, ideally in a GMP or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance practices relevant to cell laboratory operations.
- Availability and willingness to work a fully onsite Tuesday through Saturday schedule in Middleton, WI.
