About the Role
As a Dealership Receptionist at Gullo Auto in Conroe, you'll manage the flow of customer interactions and phone communications in a dynamic dealership environment. You'll represent our brand with professionalism and hospitality, setting the tone for every customer visit and call. This role requires strong communication skills, multilingual capability (Spanish and English), and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and direct them to appropriate departments or service advisors
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments for service and sales consultations
- Maintain organized records and manage front office administrative tasks

- Coordinate between customers, sales staff, and service teams
- Support the dealership's daily operations with flexibility and initiative

- Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual requirement)
