As a Biomaterials Production Lab Operator I, you'll be part of a specialized team that supports the development and production of advanced biomaterials. What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and production systems following established protocols and standard operating procedures
• Prepare, process, and handle biomaterial samples with accuracy and care
• Conduct routine quality checks and documentation to ensure product specifications are met
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and report any technical issues
• Monitor production parameters and adjust processes as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with lab safety standards
• Collect and record data accurately for tracking and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical training or lab coursework is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions precisely
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to commit to 1st shift scheduling
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a technical lab environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate lifting
