Packaging Technician II

Connected Cannabis, a leading cannabis manufacturer operating in Phoenix, Maricopa County, is seeking a full-time Packaging Technician II to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure our products meet strict quality standards through precise packaging and quality control work in a professional, regulated facility.

Position Summary

As a Packaging Technician II, you'll manage critical packaging operations that directly impact product quality and compliance. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and technical skills keep our manufacturing line running smoothly and safely. You'll work with modern packaging equipment, coordinate with other production staff, and maintain the high standards that define our brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated packaging equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on all packaged products before shipment
• Verify proper labeling, sealing, and product integrity
• Follow all standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
• Document production data and complete required packaging reports
• Organize and maintain the packaging area in a safe, clean condition
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to address production issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating packaging machinery or production equipment
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and attention to detail
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed standard operating procedures
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic and team collaboration skills
• Valid government-issued ID and legal authorization to work in Arizona
• Experience in manufacturing, cannabis production, or regulated industries preferred
