About the Role

As Registrar, you'll serve as a key member of the enrollment management leadership team, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. You'll oversee all academic records, degree conferral, enrollment reporting, and registrar functions while building a high-performing team dedicated to supporting student success and institutional compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage institutional academic records, student transcripts, and degree verification processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and mentor a registrar team, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and refine systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce friction in the student experience
• Oversee enrollment management data, reporting, and analytics that inform institutional decision-making
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional academic policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with campus partners across admissions, financial aid, academic affairs, and student services to align systems and goals
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners in higher education

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a registrar's office, academic records, or higher education enrollment operations
• Deep knowledge of FERPA, academic policies, degree audit systems, and institutional compliance requirements
• Strong project management and process improvement skills, with demonstrated ability to modernize legacy systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse constituencies
• Experience with student information systems (SIS) and data reporting platforms
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in higher education or related field preferred
