Fujifilm is seeking an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist in Lansing, Ingham County to deliver hands-on technical expertise for our advanced endoscopy systems in dedicated support of Kaiser Permanente across Southern California. This is a full-time, on-site position, and please note that no relocation assistance is available for this opening.
About the Role
As an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist at Fujifilm, you will work independently to support customers using our endoscopy (ES) equipment within hospital Endoscopy departments and other assigned clinical areas. Drawing on your own judgment and problem-solving skills, you will keep critical equipment running smoothly while building trusted relationships with the clinical teams who rely on it every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent, on-site customer support for Fujifilm endoscopy systems in Endoscopy and other designated departments.
- Oversee the proper management, setup, and care of all relevant Fujifilm equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using sound technical judgment and timely decision-making.
- Train clinical staff on the correct handling, operation, and maintenance of Fujifilm devices.
- Deliver hands-on, in-person service that supports patient care and clinical workflows.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and exercise strong decision-making in a clinical environment.
- Hands-on technical aptitude for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining medical equipment.
- Effective communication and training skills for working alongside healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to perform on-site, hands-on support within the assigned Southern California region.
- Availability for a full-time schedule; note that relocation support is not offered for this role.
