Grace Church is hiring a Full-Time Facilities Staff member to provide on-site support at our two campuses in Cape Coral South and Fort Myers Shores, Lee County. You'll work directly with our Facilities Team as a key resource for maintaining and improving the campus environments where our community gathers.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll serve on our Facilities Team, supporting day-to-day operations at both the Cape Coral South campus and the Fort Myers Shores location. You'll work under the Director of Facilities, functioning as an on-site point of contact for facilities-related needs. Your work will help ensure both campuses are safe, functional, and ready to serve our congregation and community.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site support for facilities operations and maintenance at both campuses
- Respond to facilities-related requests and concerns from staff and community members
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Team on maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects
- Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming campus environments
- Communicate effectively with campus leadership and staff regarding facilities status and needs
- Support operational readiness for events and programs at both locations

- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple locations as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
