Multimedia Designer

Marketing Essentials is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer with five years of professional experience to join our team in Minster, Auglaize County. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to design compelling visual content across digital, print, and environmental mediums for a dynamic digital marketing agency.

What This Role Involves

As a Multimedia Designer, you'll create visually engaging assets that help brands connect with their audiences across multiple platforms and formats. Working alongside our creative and strategy teams, you'll translate marketing objectives into cohesive design solutions that drive results. Your work will span everything from web graphics to print collateral to experiential design elements, all aligned with each client's brand identity and campaign goals.

Core Duties

• Design digital assets including web graphics, social media content, email templates, and interactive elements
• Develop print materials such as brochures, direct mail, packaging, and advertisements
• Create environmental design concepts including signage, displays, and out-of-home advertising
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and strategists to execute integrated campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting client deadlines
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices
• Prepare files for production and ensure technical specifications are met across all mediums

What We're Looking For

• Five years of professional multimedia design experience
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and environmental design disciplines
• Understanding of design fundamentals, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond to constructive feedback
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
