About the Role
As a full-time Account Executive with Centered Insurance Partners in Chicago, you'll be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships while identifying insurance needs across personal and commercial lines. This is a hands-on position where you'll grow revenue, support policy renewals, and ensure every client receives a personalized, seamless insurance experience.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cultivate new client relationships in the Chicago market
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance solutions
- Coordinate with underwriters and support teams to expedite proposals and policy placement
- Oversee account renewals and manage policy documentation
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Provide consultative, relationship-focused service that builds long-term client loyalty
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance brokerage, P&C insurance, or a related B2B field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse client needs
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own time and hit targets independently
- Knowledge of commercial and personal lines P&C insurance, or willingness to develop it on the job
- Comfort building relationships with clients and internal partners in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
