This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity for a strategic sales professional ready to make a measurable commercial impact.

About the Role

As the Services Sales Sr. Director, you will own the growth of services revenue within a defined geographic territory or market segment. The position blends strategic account planning with hands-on deal execution, focusing on advancing services tied to new product wins, opening untapped opportunities, and strengthening partner-led engagements. If you thrive on building pipeline and converting it into sustained results, this Nashville-based role offers a high-visibility platform to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall services revenue performance throughout your assigned territory or segment.
  • Progress and grow services that are attached to incoming product bookings.
  • Identify and develop non-attach and whitespace services opportunities across the customer base.
  • Partner closely with channel and delivery partners to advance partner-delivered engagements.
  • Optimize the services sales motion to maximize attach rates, deal velocity, and long-term value.

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading services or solutions sales, ideally within enterprise software or technology.
  • Strong track record of expanding revenue across new and existing accounts.
  • Experience collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to close complex engagements.
  • Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Nashville, Davidson County (this role is not remote).
