What You'll Do
- Represent and promote NoCoast Beer Co. brands at retail locations, restaurants, bars, and special events
- Coordinate brand activation campaigns and event execution to build customer awareness
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and hospitality partners
- Perform cellar operations including equipment maintenance, quality monitoring, and production support
- Educate customers, venue staff, and industry professionals about NoCoast products and offerings
- Track sales performance and provide actionable feedback to support business objectives
- Manage inventory tracking and coordinate product distribution logistics
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in sales, brand representation, or field marketing roles
- Background working in brewery operations, production, or hospitality environments
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Event coordination or promotional campaign experience
