Rithum™ is seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the Western US. This is a full-time, on-site position for a seasoned sales professional ready to expand a portfolio of $50 million to $1 billion accounts within our largest corporate clients.

About the Role

As a Key Account Executive at Rithum™, you'll be the strategic partner to enterprise customers across the Western United States, overseeing their growth and success on our commerce network platform. You'll own the complete account lifecycle—from retention and expansion to deepening relationships with C-suite executives. This role demands both consultative selling expertise and operational accountability to ensure clients maximize value from Rithum's solutions.

Core Duties

  • Manage and nurture multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned territory
  • Partner with customer success and product teams to solve complex business challenges and optimize client outcomes
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and strategic alignment
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through platform adoption
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer objectives, competitive landscape, and e-commerce trends affecting account portfolios
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, manage sales cycle, and close deals within established targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales, B2B account management, or key account executive experience
  • Proven track record managing accounts valued at $50 million+ in annual revenue or comparable scope
  • Consultative sales expertise with ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage large, complex deal pipelines
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or related commerce ecosystems strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
