What You'll Do
- Drive partnership initiatives from strategy through execution, identifying opportunities and managing delivery of web ecosystem initiatives
- Solve complex problems by evaluating market trends, partner capabilities, and competitive factors to inform product and strategic decisions
- Mentor junior team members, sharing domain knowledge and supporting their professional growth on partnership projects
- Collaborate across engineering, marketing, business development, and other functions to align stakeholders and achieve partnership objectives
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on product direction and partnership opportunities
- Apply specialized knowledge to assess partnership potential and recommend strategic paths forward

- Mid-level experience in product management, partnerships, business development, or closely related functions with demonstrated impact
- Deep, applied expertise in the web ecosystem, partnership models, or related technical and business domains
- Excellent problem-solving ability and experience working through ambiguity
- Demonstrated success developing and mentoring team members
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with influence across diverse teams
