About the Role
As a Traveling Estate & Grounds Specialist with Heritage Companies, you will care for the upkeep and presentation of estates, grounds, and outdoor spaces across the company's network of hotels, restaurants, and destinations. This is a mobile, hands-on position for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable traveling between sites throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of estate grounds and surrounding outdoor areas
- Travel between Heritage Companies properties to perform grounds care and routine upkeep where it is needed most
- Support landscaping, seasonal maintenance, and general property tasks to keep each location guest-ready
- Identify and report repair or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
- Represent the standards and hospitality spirit of Heritage Companies at every site you visit
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various Heritage Companies locations
- Hands-on experience with grounds keeping, landscaping, or general property maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, dependable work
- Ability to work independently, manage time across sites, and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility a traveling role requires
