Retail Sales Associate – Part-time

Scouting America is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate at our Morganville, Monmouth County location, where you'll play a key role keeping our Scout Shop thriving and helping customers find what they need.

The Opportunity

Join a dedicated team at the Scouting America Scout Shop in Morganville, where we serve the community by providing quality merchandise and exceptional customer service. This part-time position offers the perfect opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-focused retail environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. With a flexible schedule of 8–15 hours per week, you'll gain valuable retail experience in a welcoming, community-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Receive incoming inventory and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper organization and visibility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about merchandise
• Support the daily operations that keep the Scout Shop running smoothly
