About the Role

As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations at our Bristol pOpshelf. You'll supervise team members, ensure smooth store operations, and help maintain the standards that keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operational leadership and decision-making
• Supervise, train, and develop store team members
• Oversee sales floor operations and customer service standards
• Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and store presentation
• Handle cash processing and loss prevention responsibilities
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Cover for the Store Manager as needed during their absence

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules
