  • Assist in the development of grant proposals, reports, and presentations that showcase the impact of the Open School to stakeholders and funders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with marketing, technology, and finance teams to support promotional campaigns and budget management.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in health‑care education and quality improvement, integrating relevant innovations into program design.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in public health, education, health‑care administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing educational programs, training initiatives, or project‑based work within health‑care or nonprofit settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable presenting to varied audiences and preparing clear documentation.
