What You'll Do

  • Design and execute experiments to optimize CAR-T cell manufacturing parameters and process workflows
  • Evaluate cell viability, functionality, and therapeutic characteristics across development stages
  • Develop and validate analytical methods that ensure product quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide scale-up and commercialization
  • Document findings and maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot process challenges and implement evidence-based solutions
  • Contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements for in vivo therapies

What We're Looking For

  • PhD in cell biology, bioprocessing, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in cell therapy manufacturing or advanced bioprocessing
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH) and GMP principles
  • Hands-on laboratory expertise with mammalian cell culture and analytical techniques
  • Experience designing and executing process development studies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
